The Overlook was established in 1988 and construction started in Block 1 and was located primarily on Pajara Azul and Black Bear Road.  Over the years it has expanded dramatically and Blocks 2, 3 and Sunrise Ridge have also been added to the Overlook HOA.  There is one primary Sandoval County Road (Overlook Drive) and a number of HOA maintained off-shoots from the county maintained road.  In most cases, building lots have expansive and protected views. 

Residents come from around the US and New Mexico.  Many are retired but we also have owners in a number of professions. 

We have recently made efforts to come into the twenty first century by establishing this HOA website and the option of remote interaction with Board meetings.  Our bylaws indicate that all regular Board meetings be open to the owners who may attend in person or via Zoom.  Minutes of all Board meetings will be available on the website along with other information that you may find useful.  Additional options will be added as our project manager and developer are able.
