Our Annual Meeting this year will occur on February 26 from 2:00 – 4:00. The new venue is the Las Placitas Presbyterian Church.
The Water Coop Board meeting will occur directly following our meeting.
Ballots with candidates for office and amendments have been sent out. Completed ballots need to be received via US Mail by Friday, Feb. 24, or you may bring them to the meeting. We are offering a pilot online voting system, if preferred. Your ballot request will be checked against our member roster, then we will send you the link and password to complete your vote. All online votes will be printed out and compiled with the hard copy votes for counting.
Request an online ballot by Feb. 22 and be ready to complete it by Feb. 23 by emailing email@example.com .
